Specification Builds

We have researched buyer needs and preferences and have selected specific plans that meet the needs of a large number of buyers.  Your Perfect Build is flexible during the build and if a customer chooses to commit early to one of our builds, we would offer a full range of customizations.  We use NKBC for our cabinet supplier.  Most of our tradesmen are well known to us and we have worked with the same team for years.  This results in a high confidence of outcome and quality.

Cost-Plus Builds

This is a totally different approach to the build, relying on interpersonal skills and the ability to translate the tastes and preferences of the customer, to the physical build.  The ability to listen is of primary importance, as well as putting personal tastes and preferences aside.  Sometimes it is described as a temporary marriage, and requires the ultimate soft touch and patience to be successful.  There is sometimes a delicate balance to persuade decisions, as well as getting all of the choices approved before implementation.
